The Oneida County BOCES Teachers Association, or BTA, is the more than three hundred and twenty highly qualified professionals that have chosen to dedicate their career to educating the children of the Oneida County, NY community. We are the teachers, teaching assistants and nurses of the Oneida County BOCES public schools, New Hartford, Westmoreland and Waterville, NY, USA. BTA is an affiliate local of the New York State United Teachers, (NYSUT). NYSUT is affiliated with the American Federation of Teachers, National Education Association and the AFL-CIO.
